From Flat Plan to Dream Home: My BTO Journey with 3D Planning (Before & After!)

The Limits of 2D: Starting with the HDB Floor Plan
Like most BTO homeowners, my initial planning tool was the official HDB floor plan. Accurate, yes, but incredibly flat. Staring at it, I felt a wave of uncertainty. How could I translate these lines and numbers into the feeling of a real home, the kind you see in HDB interior design magazines?
